A migrant allegedly sexually assaulted a schoolgirl on three separate occasions on the London Underground after stalking her for a month, a court was told.
Loughman Shaffiie, 34, was charged with attacking the 15-year-old on an Elizabeth Line train on February 24, again on the same line on March 6, and a third time at Whitechapel Station.
He is also accused of stalking the teenager by following her on four occasions, between Goodmayes and Whitechapel, between February 24 and March 27.
Wearing a grey jumper and carrying a backpack, the migrant appeared at Highbury Magistrates Court for a plea hearing, accompanied by a Farsi interpreter.
