The former president of the Democratic Republic of Congo has been sentenced to death for treason and war crimes.
Joseph Kabila, 54, was convicted in absentia by a high military court following accusations he collaborated with anti-government rebels.
His whereabouts have been unknown since he was last seen in public in a rebel-held city earlier this year.
The court in Kinshasa ordered Kabila's immediate arrest but as it stands it is unclear how the sentence will be carried out.
The government said Kabila collaborated with Rwanda and the Rwanda-backed rebel group M23, which seized key cities in an assault in January in Congo's mineral-rich east.
