Prosecutors have recommended 11 years in prison for Sean 'Diddy' Combs for transporting male prostitutes across state lines for wild 'freak-off' sex parties, including with his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.
The US Attorney's Office filed a sentencing submission early on Tuesday morning, arguing that for a decade, Diddy had 'engaged in violence and put others in fear'.
'At trial, the defendant disputed that the Government had made out particular elements of the charged federal offenses, but he largely conceded his conduct: the violence, domestic abuse, drug use and distribution, and bribery,' the filing read.
Diddy was convicted on two counts of prostitution charges during a grueling eight-week trial in July, but was acquitted of the two more serious charges against him of sex trafficking and racketeering.
The defense requested a significantly lower sentence of less than 14 months, counting the time he has already served, which would allow him to be released by the end of the year.
