Close to four lakh voters will decide the fate of the candidates aspiring to contest the by-election to the Jubilee Hills assembly constituency.

The Election Commission of India (ECI) released the final electoral roll for the constituency with total number of voters at 3.99 lakh. According to the final roll published with July 1, 2025 as qualifying date, Jubilee Hills is one among the few constituencies where male voters number is higher than the female voters: there are 2.07 lakh male voters and 1.91 lakh female voters in the constituency with a gender ratio of 924 women per 1,000 men.

The constituency has 6,106 voters in the age group 18-19; 2,613 senior citizens above 80 years of age and 1,891 persons with disabilities while there are 95 overseas voters. The draft rolls of the constituency had 3.92 lakh voters and 6,976 new voters were included and 663 deleted during the revision taking the total voters to 3.98 lakh. The total voter strength now stands at 3.99 lakh including service voters.

Polling for the by-election, dates of which are yet to be announced, will be held across 407 polling stations in 139 locations within the constituency.
