Former FBI Director James Comey was indicted Thursday on one count of making false statements and one count of obstruction of justice, just days after President Donald Trump called on Attorney General Pam Bondi to swiftly prosecute him and other political adversaries.Trump celebrated the development, while Comey denied wrongdoing.“My family and I have known for years that there are costs to standing up to Donald Trump, but we couldn’t imagine ourselves living any other way.
