Framing of charges in Renukaswamy murder case which was scheduled for Thursday has been delayed and posted to to next week, as one of the accused has filed a discharge application requesting to drop charges against him. The accused, Lakshman, claimed that he has been implicated in the case and appealed to drop charges pressed against him.The court has taken up the matter to hear his plea before initiating the process of framing charges. Meanwhile actor Darshan and others who appeared before the court via a video conference, claimed that the prison department was not providing facilities as per the prison manual despite court order.Darshan submitted that he was still kept in a quarantine cell and was allowed to move in a small area. There was no proper lighting and he was not allowed to move out for a walk, despite court order, he said.
