Six women candidates figured in the top rankers of the Group-I examination, when the final list of the selected candidates was released by the Telangana Public Service Commission (TGPSC) late on Wednesday.Lakshmi Deepika topped the list followed by Dadi Venkata Ramana and Vamshi Krishna Reddy. The other in the top 10 include Jinna Tejaswini, Sidhala Krutika, Harsha Vardhan, K Anusha, Yerandla Nikitha, K Bhavya and Sri Krishna Sai. The TGPSC has posted on its website ‘www.tgpsc.gov.in’ on Wednesday night the hall-ticket numbers of provisionally selected candidates for all 18 Post Codes of the Group-I examinations.The results hosted are subject to outcome of Writ Appeal No. 1066 of 2025 and batch cases, and any other Writ Petitions pending in the High Court of Telangana, a statement from the TGPC said. The number of candidates selected is 562 and one vacancy is withheld due to the orders of the High Court based on Writ Petition No 6654 of 2025. The TGPSC also made it clear that if it comes to the notice of the Commission later that any candidate has furnished false information or the selection is not in order due to any act of omission or commission of any candidate, then his or her provisional selection is liable to be cancelled at any stage. They will forfeit all consequential benefits including that of selection, besides that, the Commission reserves the right to take any action as it deems fit in the circumstances of the case, in terms of the provisions as notified in TGPSC Rules of procedure.The TGPSC conducted Group-I services Main Examination from October 21, 2024 to October 27, 2024 and basing on the General Ranking List (GRL) hosted the results on the website on March 30, 2025.
