At least six individuals were reported injured following the lifting of Typhoon Ragasa's land warning earlier in the day, according to Taiwan's Central Emergency Operation Center (CEOC). Although the Central Weather Administration (CWA) had lifted the land warning, it warned that heavy rain would persist throughout the night across Taiwan, with particularly intense rainfall expected in the eastern regions.
