CNN anchor Abby Phillip on Monday used a montage to highlight yet another glaring contradiction in Donald Trump’s rhetoric.

Trump this weekend used his Truth Social platform to demand that Attorney General Pam Bondi target his political opponents, whom he described as “guilty as hell,” without offering evidence of their alleged crimes.

Phillip noted the stark contrast between Trump’s call for prosecutions and the months of complaints from himself and top Republicans about the supposed “weaponization of government.”

She then aired a supercut of Trump, House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.), Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and others railing against the very practice Trump is now demanding.
