Madrid (EFE).- Los votos en contra de PP, Vox, Podemos, UPN y de un diputado de Compromís y otro la Chunta Aragonesista, que han roto la unidad de voto de su grupo, Sumar, han frenado la ley para la delegación de competencias migratorias para Cataluña pactada entre PSOE y Junts, que no ha superado su primer paso en la tramitación parlamentaria.
