Sept. 21 (UPI) -- President Donald Trump has put more pressure on Attorney General Pam Bondi to prosecute his political adversaries, saying it was time for her to take action.

"We can't delay any longer, it's killing our reputation and credibility," Trump said on Truth Social. "They impeached me twice, and indicted me (5 times!). OVER NOTHING. JUSTICE MUST BE SERVED, NOW!!"

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, among other Democrats, criticized Trump's actions. Schumer said "this is the path to dictatorship."

Trump claimed that people were complaining that "nothing is being done," and named some of the people with whom he has had political disagreements, including former FBI Director James Comey, Sen. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., and New York Attorney General Leticia James.
