The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a heavy rainfall warning in 10 Telangana districts for Monday.
According to IMD’s latest bulletin, heavy rainfall is very likely at isolated places in Nirmal, Nizamabad, Rangareddy, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Mahabubnagar, Nagarkurnool, Wanaparthy, Narayanpet and Jogulamba Gadwal districts. Additionally, thunderstorms accompanied with lightning and gusty winds are very likely to occur in all 33 districts of the State.
Meanwhile, Hyderabad and its surrounding areas for the next 24 hours will see generally cloudy sky. “Light rain or thundershowers accompanied with gusty winds are very likely. Mist or hazy conditions are very likely during morning and night hours. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 33 degrees C and 22 degrees C respectively,” the bulletin said.
