A Sri Lankan man has been charged with indecent exposure and assault after entering the UK illegally.
Sukirthan Thangrasha, 37, of Portsmouth, Hampshire, has also been charged in connection with a public order incident.
A public order offence is when someone commits an act of violence or intimidation, which Thangrasha is accused of doing at Kingston Cemetery, close to New Road in Portsmouth.
A 25-year-old man was also assaulted and the foreign national has been charged in relation with the investigation.
The young man was not seriously hurt.
