The Kerala High Court has upheld an order of the Enquiry Commissioner and Special Judge (Vigilance) for quick verification on a complaint made against V.J. Kurian, former managing director of Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL).
Justice A. Badharudeen issued the order while considering a plea by Mr. Kurian, who challenged the quick verification order passed by the Special Judge on a complaint regarding the alleged allocation of shares. “There is no necessity to interfere with the impugned order,” he said.
