RIYADH: Under the patronage of Jazan Gov. Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz, Jazan University will host the Cancer Research Forum under the theme “Together Toward Achieving The National Targets in Combating Cancer.”
The event will be held in a strategic partnership with the Saudi Research, Innovation and Development Authority from Sept. 17-18.
Prof. Mohammed bin Hassan Abu Rasin, the university’s president, thanked the generous patronage of the Jazan governor and his continued support for the university’s activities and initiatives.
He added that the forum is considered an important platform for exchanging knowledge and showcasing the latest scientific research, in addition to strengthening partnerships among universities, medical and research centers in the Kingdom in the field of cancer research.
Abu Rasin also welcomed the researchers, participants, speakers and the strategic partnership with the Saudi Research, Innovation and Development Authority in organizing the national forum.
