NEW YORK — Wendy Williams is back on the public circuit just months after a battle over her conservatorship.
At the Dennis Basso presentation amid New York Fashion Week on Manhattan's Upper East Side on Monday, Sept. 15, Williams arrived to much fanfare, with a small posse in tow. She sported a tweed two-piece set in a soft mustard yellow and a pair of heavily adorned gray sneakers.
With a signature bright plum lip and highlight in her hair, Williams, 61, kept her people close but didn't shy away from the camera, allowing the fashion week photogs to capture her for a solid 15 minutes before retreating to one of the presentation's regal showrooms. Her Gucci tote and large bedazzled "W" necklace were on clear display.

Basso's designs were showcased in a setting as aristocratic as their stylings, with a small quorum of mannequins arranged near marble fireplaces, a grand piano and Renaissance art.
