A migrant living in an asylum seeker hotel has denied flashing, performing sex acts and making obscene gestures through his window.
Said Ageed, 23, has been accused of sexual indecency over the series of alleged indecent acts at the Hotel Cladhan in Falkirk, Scotland.
Falkirk Sheriff Court heard the acts are alleged to have happened at the controversial hotel between June 1 and August 16.
Among the acts, the asylum seeker has been accused of intentionally masturbating while looking at a man and a woman through a hotel window on several occasions.
He has also been accused of making obscene gestures at the same man and woman and exposing his genitals to them in a sexual manner, ensuring they could see them.
