The law aims to prevent under 18s from being exposed to inappropriate material, but figures from the right and far right have claimed it is being used to censor American citizens and businesses.
It comes after more than 100,000 right wingers rallied in central London on Saturday for a demo organised by far right agitator Tommy Robinson.
