Anew global training centre for F-35 fighter jets will be set up at the military base at Trapani-Birgi airport in Sicily, Nino Minardo, the president of the Lower House's defence committee, told ANSA on Friday.
The centre will be the twin of the one that is operational at the Luke Air Force base in Arizona, United States, he said.
