Parents of a nine-year-old boy who died of cancer have lost a court battle to use £100,000 in charity donations to take his terminally-ill little sister to Disney World.

Craig Evison and Victoria Morrison's son Kyle died in October 2020 from a rare and incurable childhood brain cancer.

Well wishers donated thousands to pay for Kyle to receive treatment in America but Covid intervened and he was too ill to travel by the time restrictions had eased.

The parents, from Cheshunt in Hertfordshire, went on to have a daughter, Ruby-Rose, in 2022.

But they were devastated to learn she too was terminally ill, with a genetic metabolic disease, and was unlikely to live beyond this year.
