Billionaire Elon Musk slammed Democratic party and leftist users online, castigating them for 'celebrating cold-blooded murder' following the death of Charlie Kirk.
The conservative activist and co-founder of Turning Point USA, was shot in the throat while speaking to college students at Utah Valley University. The shooter is still at large, and has not been publicly identified by law enforcement.
‘The Left is the party of murder,’ Musk wrote on X soon after news broke of the shooting.
The billionaire initially posted that he hoped ‘Charlie makes it somehow’ but as it became clear Kirk was deceased Musk’s comments increased.
Throughout the ordeal, liberal users on rival social network BlueSky began celebrating the assassination of Kirk.
