President Donald Trump isn’t the only president who allegedly sent Jeffrey Epstein a creepy birthday note back in 2003.
Bill Clinton also sent a note to be included in the convicted sex trafficker’s so-called “Birthday Book,” and it was made public on Monday by the House Oversight Committee after the release of Trump’s message.
In the note, which the Associated Press said seemed to match Clinton’s handwriting, the former president praises the disgraced financier’s “childlike curiosity,” an interesting choice of words considering what we know about the Epstein case.
“It’s reassuring isn’t it, to have lasted so long, across all the years of learning and knowing, adventures and (illegible), and still to have your childlike curiosity, the drive to make a difference and the solace of friends,” Clinton wrote.
