A new Girl Scout cookie is inspired by a decadent ice cream flavor. See which one.

A new cookie is joining the Girl Scout fam.

Exploremores, a rocky road ice cream–inspired sandwich cookie, will round out the lineup for the 2026 Girl Scout Cookie Season.

"Taking after the classic chocolate treat, the ... cookie captures the limitless spirit of exploration that drives Girl Scouts," said Girl Scouts of the USA in a Sept. 9 news release.

Like Thin Mints and Samoas, Exploremores will be available for purchase nationally, both online and in-person at local booths, from January to April 2026.

Girl Scouts of the USA will also be working closely with Adobe, which will serve as a national sponsor of the 2026 Girl Scout Cookie Program.
