Minister of Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA&UD) P. Narayana on Monday (September 08, 2025) said that 60 per cent transfer of legacy waste from Anantapur dump yard has been completed and the entire waste will be cleared by October 2 this year.
Mr. Narayana inspected the dump yard along with Anantapur Urban MLA Daggupati Venkateswara Prasad and reviewed the progress. Speaking on the occasion, he said that a beautiful park will be constructed at the place after clearing the waste.
