This is the horrifying moment a reveller is gored to death at an annual Spanish festival after desperately trying to escape it by climbing onto railings.
The man's right shoe was knocked off his foot as the animal charged him the first time and dumped him on the ground before he was gored several times and left critically injured.
He died shortly after being rushed away from the scene to a nearby health centre.
Footage of the incident showed him trying to hoist himself to safety by grabbing onto metal railings over a ground-floor apartment window, wearing only shorts and a T-shirt, before he was knocked off balance.
The drama occurred yesterday evening just after 6.30pm in a picturesque tourist town called Ubrique in Spain's south-west province of Cadiz, which was celebrating the 10th edition of an event called the Toro del Gayumbo.
