Dr Michael Mosley's widow has revealed that she and their children returned to the Greek island where he died on the anniversary of his death.
The popular broadcaster and Daily Mail columnist was tragically found dead near the resort of Agia Marina on Symi last June, four days after he went missing while on a walk in searing 40C heat.
An autopsy found that the 67-year-old died around two-and-a-half hours after leaving his wife and friends, as he trawled the island with no mobile phone and a single bottle of water.
It has since been ruled by a coroner that his death was most likely as a result of suffering heatstroke.
His wife, Dr Clare Bailey Mosley, had waved him off after they had spent the morning at a beach on the east of the island with friends, after arriving the day before.
