A holidaymaker's dream trip to Thailand turned into a nightmare when his spiteful former partner cancelled his passport.
The vacation of a lifetime ended before it began when William Barr was detained at the airport as soon when he arrived in Thailand last October.
His ex-partner Rosie Wood went online to void his passport because she was 'p***** off' about him jetting off to the sun, Dunfermline Sheriff Court heard on Wednesday.
Depute fiscal Matthew Knapp said when Mr Barr arrived in southeast Asia for a two-week holiday, he was told his passport had been marked as lost, stolen or revoked.
He denied this was the case but was detained by immigration services and deported back to the UK.
