In the short year that it’s been on the market, it’s garnered a cult following for its ability to keep makeup locked into place while still feeling light on the skin. Not to mention the $11 price tag — that certainly doesn’t hurt, either. The spray has earned over 8,800 5-star ratings and counting at Target.
I picked this setting spray up at an event with the brand recently and suddenly understood what all the hype was about. I know the word “dewy” might deter some people, but hear me out: While it’s labeled as such, I wouldn’t actually say the spray gives you an overly glossy finish. In fact, I find it actually dries down more matte, “gripping” onto your makeup.
The formula contains some tiny sparkly particles, but they subtly enhance your makeup without making you look oily or greasy. And when the light hits your face just right? It gives you a warm, lit-from-within glow that still looks natural on the skin.
