May they have a long and prosperous future together!” Mr. Trump wrote on the social media platform TruthSocial, along with an old photograph of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and Chinese President Xi Jinping seen together. On India, Russia and China ties, Mr. Trump said, “May they have a long and prosperous future together.”
Mumbai Police have launched an investigation after they received threat messages on their WhatsApp number on Thursday (September 4, 2025), claiming that Mumbai will be blown up, officials told The Hindu. “We will blow up Mumbai,” the message said. Other messages used foul language against the Mumbai Police. We have registered a case and are investigating the matter,” an official told The Hindu. “Precautions are being taken. But preliminary investigation has revealed that it was a hoax call,” a top official of the Mumbai Police said.
