Twelve Israeli chefs, restaurateurs and foodies have come together for a social media campaign calling for an end to starvation in Gaza and for the return of the hostages. Campaign participants were photographed holding empty cooking pots, with the inscription: "Resist starvation." One day after going online, the campaign was met with a deluge of furious responses, including from other figures in the food world.
