The Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court on Thursday issued directions to authorities for the conduct of postmortem of TNSTC driver G. Ramakrishnan who was found dead on Wednesday in a dump yard in Uchapatti under Austinpatti police station limits.
The court was hearing the petition filed by R. Ramu Thulasi, wife of the deceased driver. She sought a direction to the authorities to conduct the postmortem as per guidelines issued by the court in the case of Santhosh Vs. District Collector and others. She raised suspicion over her husband’s death.
