The Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) officials and the newly posted officials to five corporations in the city met for the first time on Thursday, and chalked out key focus areas - potholes, streetlighting, and waste management.
Tushar Giri Nath, Additional Chief Secretary, Urban Development Department, speaking at the meeting, directing officials to focus on these three areas, said that resolving these three issues would address a majority of citizen concerns and “stressed the importance of being responsive to the needs of the public”.
