Kim Jong Un's daughter is stepping into the spotlight and looking more and more certain to be his chosen successor to North Korea's brutal dynasty after his death.
Kim Ju Ae, thought to be around 13, has been by her tyrant father's side at a growing number of official events.
This week, she joined him in Beijing for a massive military parade, marking her first known foreign trip. It was also his most significant trip in years.
Dressed smartly in a navy pantsuit with her hair pinned up, she followed her father as he stepped off his famous green armoured train to shake hands with Chinese officials.
It was a striking moment that has only added fuel to speculation that she is being groomed to one day rule the secretive state. She is said to be the second child of Kim and his wife Ri Sol-ju.
