This is the chilling moment a thug attacks a scooter rider with a knife before stabbing him in a residential street in Birmingham.
Jalen Denny was apprehended by cops using facial recognition technology after the terrifying attack was picked up on CCTV.
The 33-year-old rider was taken to hospital where he had emergency surgery twice and was placed in an induced coma.
Denny was charged with attempted murder, but admitted wounding with intent. The 27-year-old was sentenced to five years and ten months in prison.
