On Wednesday (September 3, 2025) morning, PEW officers mounted surveillance at Perumbakkam, near Arasankazhani Erikarai, and apprehended Dhanurjay Khara, 34, and Kamal Laichan Khila, 24, both from Odisha, based on a tip-off. Upon searching them, the police seized ganja and two mobile phones.
