Stage being set for resumption of SLBC works

The stage is being set for resumption of work on Srisailam Left Bank Canal project.

The State government has asked the Irrigation department officials to ensure that the project moves strictly as per the revised plan and financial estimates. The government has set a target of tunneling 175m a month so that the project will be completed by January 2028. Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has decided to conduct a review meeting with Irrigation department officials soon, according to Irrigation Minister N. Uttam Kumar Reddy.
