A new legal twist has emerged in the saga over the inheritance of French actor Alain Delon following his death on August 18, 2024, at the age of 88. For over a year, his three legitimate children, Anthony, 60, Anouchka, 34, and Alain-Fabien, 31, have publicly feuded over the estate. On Friday, August 29, Alain-Fabien notified his sister and half-brother via a bailiff that he was initiating legal proceedings to overturn the second will signed by the actor in Geneva, Switzerland, on November 24, 2022. According to this document, Anouchka is named the sole heir to her father's moral rights. The first will, from 2015, divided the actor's estate, valued at tens of millions of euros, into three shares: 50% for his daughter and 25% for each son. The youngest son is not contesting this will. Although Anouchka is the sole beneficiary of the second will, Anthony is also named in the suit because the law requires action to be taken against all heirs and executors.
