More details have emerged around the collapse of Prax, the UK-based group that held an array of assets, including the Lindsey refinery, North Sea oil and gas fields and hundreds of service stations in Germany, and was jointly owned by two British nationals, Winston Sanjeevkumar Soosaipillai and his wife Arani Soosaipillai.
