The Election Commission on Tuesday (September 2, 2025) issued a notice to Congress leader Pawan Khera for having registered as a voter at two different places in the national capital and having two EPIC cards.
While Mr. Khera said this was another example of the EC coming after Opposition leaders instead of taking action in cases like Mahadevpura Assembly seat in Karnataka, the BJP said the two different EPIC cards held by the Congress leader were proof of Rahul Gandhi’s close associates indulging in voter fraud.
