Rajya Sabha MP and Bharatiya Janata party (BJP) State vice-president C. Sadanandan on Tuesday (September 2) alleged that the State government lacks sincerity in organising the Sabarimala Global Ayyappa Sangamam.
Speaking at a meet-the-press programme at Kannur Press Club, he said cases registered against those who protested the women’s entry into the shrine should have been withdrawn if the government was genuine in its stance.
