A knifeman launched a terrifying 20-second attack on a stranger at a Tube station, stabbing him 13 times before assaulting a woman as he fled the scene.

Nicholas Orlando Green, 36, viciously assaulted the two men, aged 44 and 42, in Kennington Underground station shortly after 10.30pm on Wednesday, March 27, last year.

But despite the callous nature of his crimes, Green showed no remorse.

After being later identified by police as a result of the bank card he used, Green 'repeatedly laughed' and lied in his police interviews, Met Police Detective Chief Inspector Paul Attwell said.

His two victims, aged 44 and 42, entered Kennington Underground station as part of a larger group who had just finished a local dance class.
