A masked man made horrific threats on YouTube to 'stab, cut and slice' every student at a college in a quiet Welsh town.
The 'disturbing' video was seen by police who arrested the suspect just hours before 2,200 students were due to start the new term today.
Worried parents had vowed to keep children home from Merthyr College in South Wales after the bizarre video was posted on social media.
In the 78-second video, which appears to have been filmed more than a week ago, the man states: 'In September, not this week, next week, I'm just going to kill every pupil in Merthyr College in South Wales.
The man, wearing a white Panama-style hat and a facemask showing the Merthyr Tydfil College logo, says the attacks will be carried out by God.
