The daughter of a firefighter who was killed in the September 11 terrorist attacks shared a special moment with his former colleagues as she got married.
Kristin Marino exited the Plaza Hotel in New York City on Wednesday to meet her father Kenneth's colleagues waiting for her in front of their firetrucks.
Kenneth was one of hundreds of firefighters who tragically lost their lives while responding to the attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.
In a video shared to her Instagram of the moment, the 27-year-old said: ' My dad couldn't show up to my wedding because he was taken from us on September 11th, so look who did.
'New and retired firefighters from my dad's firehouse,' she continued. 'I finally understand why they say "It's a brotherhood."'
