GITAM Deemed to be University student Vinil Dixit, who has completed a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), has been selected for the October 2025 batch at the Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai, through the Special Entry Scheme – 58. Upon successful completion of his training, he will join the Indian Army as a commissioned officer.
Vinil’s journey through the National Cadet Corps (NCC) reflects his discipline and dedication, culminating in the honour of representing GITAM at the Republic Day Camp (RDC) in New Delhi—a prestigious achievement for NCC cadets nationwide, said GITAM Vice-Chancellor Eroll D’Souza.
