This is the moment a pair of Eastern European 'Bonnie & Clyde' shoplifters - suspected of at least three high-value raids in the last month - distracted a staff member while they swiped cash and valuables from a jeweller.
CCTV obtained by the Daily Mail shows the couple working together to distract a staff member as they count cash out to buy gold and swipe £800 worth which the man hides behind his back before sneaking it into his pocket.
The couple also used distraction techniques and sleight of hand to get away with a £5,000 Rolex watch, £1,000 worth of silver taken from a display cabinet during the July 19 raid.
As a result of the theft, owner Jon White was forced to close down the business - which has appeared on TV's Antiques Road Trip six times.
He told the Daily Mail: 'As a direct result of this crime the antique shop has closed and will remain closed for the immediate future.
