A man was shot and killed in Umm al-Fahm on Saturday, police said. Fursan Mahajneh, who was around 70 years old, was admitted to Haemek Hospital in Afula with serious injuries and was pronounced dead. Police said the shooting was criminal in nature. A relative of Mahajneh said there was a dispute between the victim's family and another family in the city; he added that Mahajneh was about to do some shopping when he was shot.
