Police also raid suspected drug storage sites in Kwun Tong, Sham Shui Po and Tai Po in four-day operation
Hong Kong police have arrested 29 people in an anti-drug operation, including a 13-year-old boy.
In the operation, code-named “Bluesmoke”, officers raided three suspected drug storage units in an industrial building in Kwun Tong, a tenement building in Sham Shui Po and a village house in Tai Po on Monday.
Two men and three women, aged between 22 and 56, were arrested in the raids.
Police seized various suspected drugs with a street value of HK$3.5 million (US$449,000), including 590 etomidate-laced e-cigarette pods, 1.5kg (3.3lbs) of cocaine, 560 grams of ketamine, 580 grams of cannabis buds, 400 grams of methamphetamine and 25,000 Ecstasy pills.
