UN: Over 1,000 attacks on Palestinians by Israelis in the West Bank recorded since January

In the first eight months of this year, the UN has recorded more than 1,000 assaults carried out by Israeli civilians against Palestinians and their property, in dozens of locations across the West Bank. 11 Palestinians were killed during those attacks while trying to protect their homes, flocks of sheep, fields and groves, either at the hands of soldiers or the attacking civilians. 696 others were injured.
