This is the moment a thrillseeker shockingly jumps onto a whale shark and dances on its back in a 'sickening' stunt.
The footage shows an unnamed man performing the stunt near a drilling platform of the Iranian Offshore Oil Company off the coast of Abadan, Iran, in the Persian Gulf.
The video, posted on X by an Open Source Intelligence page, is captioned: 'Wild footage.
'Off the coast of Abadan in the Persian Gulf, near the oil rigs, a local was filmed leaping from a boat onto the back of a whale shark, where he danced and rode on it.'
The man can be seen jumping into the sea from a boat as he attempts to mount what is reportedly a whale shark.
