A Met Police worker took horrific photos of human remains from the interior of a BMW involved in a fatal road traffic collision and shared them with a colleague, a court heard.

Luke Pearce, 26, was working at the police car pound in Perivale, west London at the time of the alleged offences on 16 July last year.

Pearce is said to have taken photos of the inside of the car using his mobile phone after three people were killed in an accident.

After taking the pictures Pearce allegedly air-dropped them to a colleague.

Pearce, who now works as a qualified mechanic, worked at the car pound between July 2020 and October 2024, according to his LinkedIn profile.
